Industrial Estate

The four logistic parks we own can provide storage for any type of customer regardless the market they operate. We offer premium warehouses, energy efficient spaces, with 24 / 7 external security, permanent maintenace, repairs and other facilities.      

All our warehouses are located in the Western area of Bucharest and ensure quick access to the transport routes connecting the area with the Port of Constanta and other important transport routes to the rest of Europe.

Cooling & Freezing Facility

We built the largest cooling and freezing facility in Romania, and one of the largest in Eastern Europe. The cooling facility allows for various low temperatures between 0 and -24 Celsius, including the first fresh fish facility in Romania, an ice cream facility and other frozen goods.

Our cold storage is the first in Romania with zero Global Warming Potential (GWP) and zero ozone layer depletion, since we only use for cooling ecological and biodegradable liquids.

A Class Office Space

We provide class A office space whith all the facilities related to this category. 

There is 24 / 7 external security for all the buildings and guarded parking area for each building, to facilitate and ease acces for our partners’ employees

Build To Fit

We build warehouses from the ground according to our partners’ needs. We plan the construction, customize the interior and tailor everything as needed so the customers moving in would have all the premises to focus on growing their business.

All the adjustments our partners ask for in order to be more efficient – like solar panels as a mean of energy for our warehouses – are included in our development plans and prove our commitment to sustainability.

Photovoltaic Panels Power Supply

We take environmental protection seriously, so we’ve started to equip our buildings with photovoltaic panels so our business would achieve carbon neutrality by 2023.

All our warehouses are equipped with high-performance solar energy production systems, and we plan to install similar sustainable systems on all the building we’re going to build.

We have increased our sustainability efforts and we’re taking actions with a positive impact on the activity of the logistic parks and the community we belong to. Solar energy is one of our priority components, and we estimate that we will produce 9 MW of electricity in Romania by the end of 2023.

This system will allow our clients to purchase 100% renewable energy and thus reduce their operational costs, as a mean of support in achieving their sustainability goals.

Sprinkler System

All our buildings are equipped with sprinklers and hydrants that fully meet the legal requiremets and allow us to minimize the risks.

LED Lamps Lighting

We use LED lamps for lighting all our buildings, which helps reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
